It isn’t because things are difficult that we hesitate to change.  It is because we hesitate to change that things are difficult.

What are the Benefits
of Coaching?

The primary function of a coach is to listen, clarify objectives, and help clients create a strategy for movement in areas they have been stalled or uncertain of their next right steps.  Coaching is not therapy or counseling, but will involve inward reflection, behavioral changes and prioritizing of goals. Those who solicit the help of a coach are ready for change, up for the challenge,  and self motivated.

Is Coaching right for me?

People hire coaches for many different reasons. The challenges that compel someone to seek support are varied.  Some clients would like to start a small business, but panic at taking the risk.  Others want to write a book, do some traveling, or resolve a relationship conflict but anxiety or fear on where to begin prevents them.  Still others sense something is missing, but are unclear on how to identify and remove the obstacles that prevent living a more satisfying or purposeful life.

Kim helps her clients shift from chronic looping to forward movement.  Whether one on one or in group sessions,  her objective is to encourage and expedite the client’s movement.

Is it time to give yourself permission to examine desires, eradicate blocks and move forward?   If the answer is yes, the first step is to contact Kim for a complimentary discovery  consultation.
